for everyone

I came from the MooMedia Execom Teambuilding in Fontana Leisure Park last weekend, and it was fun, fun, fun. :D I don't have the pictures here yet but I'll upload them sometime this week. ;) It was the first time I was with them and honestly, I wasn't planning to go there first because the Fresh party was scheduled Saturday night and there was also the CLA GK Camp. But then my YFC friends all told me to go to the team building and so I decided to go. And I really think God wanted me to go there because both the Fresh party and CLA GK Camp was moved next week. :P How cool is that?

Anyway, we arrived late at Fontana and then we had activity after activity that bonded us to one another. Haha. Most activities were already familiar because we did it in YFC before. The values we picked up were basically the same in every team building. My favorite activities would have to be the bathroom cleaning thing (haha, I did this in SHOUT. And there was something amazingly calming about cleaning bathrooms. Weird ba?), and the hula hoop thing, where I had to go in first.

What's really cool was even if I wasn't in a YFC activity, I felt God there. When we were sharing our vision for MooMedia, I was all talking about MooMedia helping big time in GK. I think I was the only one who didn't talk about having lots of members or having successful activities -- I focused more on what MooMedia can give as a whole to the country. And I'm sure MooMedia can do that. :D

Come affirmation time the next day, I was touched with what they said about me, but I'd have to give it all up to Him because, well, I'm all about Him anyway. :)

The weekend was an affirmation of how everything in my life is my service to God. Before, I've always equated service only to my YFC activities -- serving in camp, attending meetings, conferences, etc. And because I've always enjoyed serving, it has become my priority in life, that sometimes, other aspects of my life suffer, like academics for example. Lately, though, God has been telling me that everything I do is my service to Him. Which, when I thought about it, is true. Like I said -- I'm all about Him -- then that just concludes that everything I do is all about Him too. Which just drives me to do good in EVERYTHING -- if I can give my best and be excellent when I serve in YFC, then I could be excellent in all other aspects of my life too, like my studies, my work in my org, and my relationships.

That just puts things into perspective. :D

On another note, I'm still feeling quite tired right now. I don't know if it's because of the activities we had this weekend, or if it's because I still lack sleep (BIG time. I swear, I'm breaking out because of this -- must have complete rest on the week of my Green and White pictorial!). Or maybe I just need to uload all these "things" I've been carrying with me. Me thinks I will do that, and hopefully, sometime soon. Uh-oh, my eyelids are falling down again! ^^;

Back to work! :) God bless everyone!
